Stitch Craft Conference

Longarm Education for Users of CreativeStudio®

Salt Lake City, Utah March 19 - 21, 2026

Join us for our first annual Stitch Craft Conference in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. Stitch Craft is a retreat style conference for users of CreativeStudio using the latest version of the software.

Participants will have their choice of classes in an "a la carte" format meaning you can pick classes you want to attend. Attend 3 classes each day over the course of the three day conference. Each day will end with a combined group open forum panel Q&A and Show & Tell. That's right, we want to see your quilts and we are pretty sure others do as well.

Daily Schedule

Class One - 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Morning Break - Refreshments Provided

Class Two - 10:45 AM - 12:15 PM

Lunch & Show and Tell - 12:15 PM - 1:40 PM

Class Three - 1:40 PM - 3:10 PM

Afternoon Break - Refreshments Provided

Social Time and Q&A Forum / Group Class - 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM

Includes 3 days of retreat classes - open forums and plenty of fun and social time as well as lunch each day and morning and afternoon snacks as well and a gift!

Class selection will begin January 15, 2026 via a separate email to registrants only at which time you may select your classes and reserve your seats.

The Stitch Craft Conference is not a Gammill event. It is organized independently by three teachers with no connection to Gammill.

In this session you will learn everything you need to know about navigating CS7, the tools you have in your CS7 toolbox and customizing features. Along the way experience those "a hah" moments of remembering things you forgot and things you never knew.


Easy Peasy Borders

Borders can create a powerful framework to a quilt! I will teach my Easy Peasy method of chunking borders that I have been using for more than 15 years. This class will give you the tools to stitch borders confidently without turning your quilt. As always, there will be a complete stp-by-step handout that covers class content.



In Your Toolbox: The Art of Drawing Arcs & Lines

Draw line and Draw Arc? What are the differences and when do I use them? These tools will open up a whole new dimension to your quilting projects.

This class will give you step-by-step directions on the many ways you can complete an edge-to-edge project whether it's in E2E mode or Repeat Pattern mode.There will be lots of tips and tidbits to help you get the job done quicker! Also covered--recovery methods for those times when something goes wrong. This class will give you what you need to gain Edge-to-Edge Statlerability and put ca$h in your pocket! Most important prep for a custom quilt?? For me it's creating a blueprint! Repeat Patterns comes in very handy creating a blueprint that allows me to audition patterns and then, a final blueprint. Georgia Stull

Georgia Stull has been a longarm quilter located in Raymore, MO since 2006.  She uses a Statler Ascend by Gammill® to complete more than 300 quilts per year. She has also been a national and international instructor for more than a decade and a half and actively provides training to quilters. She is passionate about providing her students the tools and education to feel confident and successful. She teaches efficiency and effectiveness (without compromising quality!) so her students go home inspired, enabled and energized.

Lisa Rogers

Lisa Rogers purchased her first longarm machine in 1992 and upgraded to a Statler in 2012 to start a quilting business. Lisa is from Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been a national and international teacher for 13 years. She is a former Gammill® dealer and the  current owner of Rocky Mountain Electric Quilters. She worked for Singer,Viking and Pfaff as an Educator and has worked as Education Coordinator with Gammill® and The Grace Company.  She enjoys sharing her love of quilting with others and watching  their skills and excitement for quilting grow. In her free time she enjoys piecing and custom quilting her own quilts. 

Vida Anderson

Vida Anderson began piecing and longarm quilting in 2020 and quickly found a passion for both. It didn't take her long to begin sharing that passion with others. She uses a Statler Ascend from her studio located in Montana to quilt for customers and for herself. She started teaching nationally and internationally in 2022 and currently teaches in person and through on-demand classes available online. She has a reputation for being a patient and inspiring educator whether she's teaching CreativeStudio®, hand guided longarm quilting or in her role as a Quiltworx Certified Instructor.
